ロシア旅行記：入国前準備・入国後の生活編～ロシア革命＆美術＆音楽の軽度オタがロシアを旅した話 その１

先日、一人でなんとなくロシアに行ってきましたので、その報告をシリーズでお届けいたします。

旅の準備（ビザ申請）編

必要な事前準備の殆どは『地球の歩き方』等の書籍に載っていますので、ここではビザ申請の話のみ。
※ビザ取得に関する情報は2018年7月現在のものです。これから取得される方は、最新情報のご確認を。

申請時の持ち物

・パスポート
そりゃそうだ(笑)

・サポートレター（外国人旅行者受け入れ確認書）
とりあえず、ロシアの旅行会社から招待されたことにしないと入国できないらしい。ので、日本の旅会社経由でロシアの旅行会社からPDFデータを送ってもらい、これプリントアウトして持っていきました。

・電子申請書のハードコピー
下記説明に従って電子申請を行い、プリントアウトした申請書に写真を張り、サインを入れて持っていきました。

なお、入国日、出国日につきましては、「飛行機が飛ばなかったら」「入院でもして滞在期間が延びたら」という心配から、少し長めに申請してみたのですが、見事に「サポートレターに記載の滞在期間＋１日」に縮められていました(笑)
厳しいんですね。

費用

申請から二週間後以降の受け取りであれば無料です。ぜひともお早めに。

受付窓口での注意事項

・早く行って並ぶ
時期にもよるかと思いますが、私が行ったときは、受付開始前から外に長蛇の列が出来ていました。中には旅行会社の方も混じっていて、一人の受付も相当長い。その上、受付窓口は一つ。
未確認情報（旅行会社の人が世間話的に喋ってた）ですが、一日の受付数に制限があるという話も。
そんなわけで、時間には余裕をもってお出かけください。

・入ったらすぐに整理券を取る
受付は整理券番号順。ちなみに、申請済みのビザの受け取り時には、整理券は不要です。

・整理券番号と窓口番号が表示されるディスプレイ前には立たない
待合室には大型のディスプレイが置いてあり、ここに、窓口で受付中の整理番号が表示されます。この前に立たれてしまうと、待っている人達がいちいち席を立ってディスプレイの前まで確認に行かなければならなります。お気を付けください。

入国編

ロシア大使館のHPには、「入国カードの用紙は、ロシアに向かう機内や船内などで乗務員が配布していますが、空港などの入国審査カウンター前にも所定の場所に置かれています」とかなんとか書かれていますが、9月に実際入国してみると、

  • 機内での配布はなし
  • 入国審査時に、入国カードの”B”の部分だけが記入済で配布される

でした（2018年9月現在）。飛行機内では入国カードが配られないうちに着陸態勢に入ってしまったので、結構ドキドキしました(笑)
しかし、passport controlのお姉ちゃんて、なんであんなにだるそうなんだ？

シェレメチェボ空港（モスクワ）乗り継ぎ編

シェレメチェボでサンクトペテルブルクへの乗り継ぎをしました。荷物の受け取りはなく、乗り継ぎ時間も２時間半あったので余裕と思っていたら、到着が１時間遅れ。
バスでターミナルDに乗り付けた後、『お乗り継ぎのお客様へ | Aeroflot』に従って急ごうと思ったら、なんかチガウ…(笑)
passport controlの後、1階のターンテーブルエリアに出てしまったので、一度外に出てから出発ロビー階に上がりました。（空港内の詳しい地図とルートがあればいいのに…）

プルコヴォ空港（サンクトペテルブルク）両替編

夜の７時過ぎに着いたのですが、両替場は開いていました。（手荷物受取所から外に出て左）
なんとここでは、日本円も両替可。なお、ドルからの両替の場合は300ドル以上でないと手数料が必要と言われました。

銀行での両替編

サンクトペテルブルク市内の銀行（Сбербанк）で両替。
日本の銀行と同じく、目的ごとに整理番号を発券するシステム。ぶっちゃけ日本人にはどの券を貰えば良いか分からないので、ドルをルーブルに両替したいと言って操作してもらうのが吉。
ロシアは少額の買い物で高額の札を出すと文句言われる文化なので(笑)、1000ルーブル以下の札でと頼んで両替してもらいました。
なお、待っている間にアルコール＋独特の匂いのするホームレスっぽいおじさんが入ってきました。（生活保護の受給か何か？）

シェレメチェボ空港（モスクワ）両替編

帰国直前、出発ロビー入って右側の両替所でルーブル→ドルに両替したのですが、ここでは見事にやられました。具合悪くてヘロヘロだったので、ろくに確認もせずに受け取って帰国後確認したら、10ドル札4枚の代わりに10ルーブル札4枚。おまけに100ドル札がものすごく古いもの（これ、日本国内で両替できんの？）。皆さま、くれぐれもお気を付けください。

サンクトペテルブルグを歩く準備編

メトロなどに乗る場合、一番ベーシックな方法は、「ジェトン（コイン状の切符）を買う」なのですが、ぶっちゃけ買うたびに売り場のオバちゃんに「小銭はないのか」と睨まれるのはツライ(笑)。
というわけで、Подорожник（パダロージニク）です。（地球の歩き方では「パドロージニク」と表記）
ラインナップはhttp://podorozhnik.spb.ru/に載っています。数日間の使い放題が便利かと。（сутと書いてあるのが日数です。сутки＝一昼夜）
地下鉄の場合は改札にタッチ（表示板の下の丸いエリア）、バスの場合は、柱に付いたオレンジ色の装置にタッチするか、または、車掌さんにハンディ端末でタッチして貰います。

モスクワを歩く準備編

ここでもオバちゃんに睨まれるのが嫌なので、乗り放題カードを購入。
ラインナップはhttp://www.mosmetro.ru/tariffs/unity/に載っています。私は、3日間乗り放題「3 суток 415Р」を買いました。
しかし、これくれって言ってるのに「1日券3枚か、3日券1枚か」って訊いてくるのはどうしてなんだ？(笑)　1枚の方が得に決まってるのに。

公共施設でのセキュリティチェック編

美術館、博物館、メトロ駅から大型デパートに至るまで、入る際には厳しいセキュリティチェックがあります。ゲートの横に台のある場所では、ここにファスナーや蓋を開けた荷物を載せ、人間の方はゲートをくぐります。
日本ではあんまり見ない光景なのでちょっとびっくりしますが、ここで難癖をつけられたことは一度もなかったので、怖がらずに突破しましょう。

パスポートの所持について

パスポート携帯は義務なので、ホテルでレジストレーションを受ける間に出歩く人はコピーを持っていき、ホテルにコピーを渡すのが吉。
だだ、パスポート盗難防止のために、あえてパスポートはホテルに預け、コピーの方を持ち歩くという方法もあるようです。警官に難癖付けられたら、ホテルのカードを見せて、ホテルに連絡を取ればまず大丈夫…ということをサンクトペテルブルクのホテルのお姉さんが言ってました。
ちなみに、イスラム圏っぽい外見の男性以外は警官に呼び止められることはまずないそう。

というわけで、次回はサンクトペテルブルク観光編。レーニンが乗ってきた機関車とか、レーニンの兄ちゃんやトロツキーが収監されてた監獄とかいうマニアックなものも見てきましたので、その辺の情報をお届けいたします。
