【レポ・感想】w-inds. LIVE TOUR 2018 “100” オリンパスホール八王子(2018/7/14)

自分内初日(土曜)だったので、まずはセットリストから。恒例のMCレポは記事後半にあります。

感想

アルバムが割と好みだったので期待していたのですが、一言でいえばコレジャナイ感満載でした。
何と言っても、振りがまともに入ってる曲が少ない。ダンサーさんも付いていないので、ストーリーのあるきちっと組み立てられた舞台風演出も、勿論やりようがない。
涼平氏がキーボードの前に立った時は、「また発表会かよ！」と心の中でツッコミ入れたのは私だけじゃない筈(笑)
『A Trip In My Hard Days』をやるなら、あの時間、涼平と龍一のダンスにして欲しかったというのが正直なところです。（あれ、キー的に、二人の声が奇麗に響く音域じゃないから、聞いててすごい眠くなるんですよ）

打ち込み系なのに、ダンサー切ってバンド入れた意味も分からない。フュージョン系の人入れてグルーヴ感満載でやらせるなら、『Bring back the summer』とか『Drive All Night』は、ぜひともリアル人間で行きたいところですが、そういうキメてやるぜ的な感じでもないんですよね。（『In your warmth』のちょっとジャジーな感じのキーボードは割といい感じでしたが…）

ついでに言うと、どうせダンスの比重減らすなら、もっと涼平氏と龍一氏に歌わせれば？という気もするわけです。ぶっちゃけ、『Temporary』と『I missed you』は、声質的に涼平氏にリードボーカル取らせた方が奇麗に仕上がったと思うんですよ。（あ、そういや『Temporary』は割とがっつり踊ってたか…）
逆に『In your warmth』辺りは、「慶太に歌わせときゃいいから」って思うんですけど(笑)。（あの曲、慶太が歌ってるバージョンが、癖に至るまで脳内でフル再生できちゃうんですよね(笑)）
『Drive All Night』辺りはとても適材適所な感じに仕上がってるので、その辺りを追及していっていただけると、もっとファンの裾野が広がるんじゃないかと―――。
ちなみに余談ですが、慶太氏の『TOKYO』、いきなり裏声強めの低音ミックス来て「これだよ！」と勝手にテンション上がりました(笑)。昔からのファンには色々言われるかもしれませんが、『今最もいい感じ』を追及していっていただけるといいなと。

まあ、でも、一番テンション上がったのは、実はコレですけどね(笑)↓

というわけで、引き続き恒例のMCレポ行きます。
メモ誤り・解読誤りによるウソ、メモを話として繋げるための若干の”勝手な加筆”についてはご容赦を…。

MCレポ：余韻がさめるのを待つ方法

「曲が終わってすぐにグダグダなトークに突入するのはどうよ？」「前の曲の余韻を冷ますには時間が要るんじゃね？」的話で―――
涼平 「じゃあ俺、お茶飲んでるわ」
と言って、舞台上のステップに腰掛け、いきなりお茶を飲みだす振り。

それを見た龍一氏、
龍一 「お前のお茶、紅茶じゃねぇかそれ！　なんで取っ手付いてんの？」
と、スバラシイ突っ込み。
慶太「レストラン行ってんじゃん」
涼平氏、それを聞いて今度は何かオーダー。そして手を少し丸めて上向きにして、ブランデーを持つポーズ。
すると、龍一氏と慶太氏は「ワイン貰って？」と実況を始め、涼平氏は手をグラスの脚に持ち替え。（←いや、ワインって普通にボウル部分持っていいんですって(笑)）
涼平氏、手に持ったそれを飲むふりをした後、満足げに笑い、人差し指を立てて何やら会話。そして、龍一氏と慶太氏が 「おお、これいけるね」「取っといてよ。ボトルで」と実況する中、気取った仕草で立ち上がり、そのまま下手側に。
龍一 「金払わないで帰ったよあいつ！。―――で、何の話してたんだっけ？」

というわけで、龍一氏のおかげで奇麗にオチまで付きました(笑)。
(この人の最近の突っ込みスキル、神ががかってるな…)
なお、涼平氏は本当はワインが苦手で、良し悪しは全く分からないそう。

この小芝居でめちゃめちゃ気取ってた涼平氏、前半のジャケットスタイルの期間を通して割と気取った動きが多く、自己紹介コーナーでは、慶太氏に「クールに決めましたね」と言われた後、

『手を上げてクルッとターン』というサービスも。(慶太氏の「(ターンが)奇麗ですね。相変わらず」に対して、龍一氏の「そりゃあ17年やってますからね」という身も蓋もないコメントも…(笑))

まあでもよくよく見れば、赤の縦ストライプのジャケットに、赤のYシャツに、グレーのアンクル丈パンツに、赤のソックス（それも、赤は朱色とコーラルレッドの間ぐらいの色）というイカレたスタイルなんですけどね(笑)
あれ、色白・金髪・小顔の人がやるから、少女漫画に出てくるバンドメンバーみたいな感じに仕上がってますが、普通の人がやったらもう、くいだおれ人形のコスプレですよ。
そんなわけで、もうツアー中は黒髪・茶髪に戻せないことが決定いたしました(笑)

MCレポ：息が合わないのでニックネームに逃げてみる

自己紹介コーナーで、”龍一氏が「3人揃って」でいったん止め、三人で「w-inds.です！」とやろうとするも全く揃わない”という事故(笑)があった後―――
龍一 「17年やっても、自己紹介だけは纏まんないなー」（←いや、それ自己紹介だけなんですか？）
慶太 「僕たちも何か(ニックネーム的なものを)付けますか？　『色黒ムキムキの龍一です！』とか」
龍一 「いやー、懐かしいな。涼平何だっけ？」
涼平 「俺？　『マシュマロ』」
龍一 「あー、マシュマロっぽいよね」（と普通に返し）「慶太何だっけ？」
慶太 「『韓国人』」
龍一 「なんでそこだけ急に…？　いや、もう皆さんの思う感じでニックネームつけてください」

韓国人というのは分かる気がします(笑)。ケーブルTVの予約入れようとすると、たまに同居人が見てたアジドラチャンネルが小窓に映ったりするんですが、男性俳優ってあんな感じのお顔が多いですよね。
ちなみに、マシュマロと聞いてコレを連想したのは私だけじゃない筈(笑)

というわけで、本日のMCレポは終了です。最後に、ちょっと席の話を―――。

オリンパスホール八王子の立見席は取ってはいけない

です。
この会場は、最後列と立見席の床面の高さが同じです。おまけに、前後の席の横位置が半シート分ずつずれていて、もともと前の人の肩越しに見るスタイル。ゆえに、後ろから見ると前はギチギチ。はっきり言って、二メートル級の身長があるか、前の人が欠席するかしなければ、ステージなんてほぼ見えません。
で、なんとか自分のエリア内(チケットに書かれた番号が張られた場所＝立つ場所です)で、一番見えそうな場所を探すのですが、そこに全然別の場所から人が乱入してきたりもするわけです(笑)。注意しても帰らない。会場係員は一度も回ってこない。
いや、正直、あそこは立ち見で取るもんじゃないと思いましたね。
知ってる人にとっては当然って話なんでしょうが、未経験の方はご注意ください。
